Life Groups
At Second Baptist Church our primary goal is to make disciples. Following the model Jesus set forth in His Word, we believe transformation and multiplication best occur in small groups of people. "Small groups are the center of our discipleship, the structure of our ministry, the launch pad of our evangelism, the enrichment of our worship, and the network of our fellowship." (Steve Gladen, Saddleback Church) We call our small groups Life Groups. The Life Groups Ministry of Second Baptist serves three vital purposes: reaching people beyond the walls of the church with the Good News; teaching people the Word of God; and caring for people through life's ups and downs. A Life Group is a place to form lasting, meaningful relationships with people in similar life situations. It is a place to grow spiritually; learning each week to apply the truth of God's Word and allowing it to transform your daily life. We encourage you to find your place in a Life Group. 
All adult LifeGroups are co-ed unless otherwise indicated
